Refund policy

The Idil Art Studio is a small-batch studio hand-creating all pieces. The work you are purchasing and investing in is all individually crafted fine art made bespoke for each customer. Idil carefully oversees and packages each order just for you. She mostly does this by herself, with the help of a few trusted assistants or family members. She loves every single print, every single tile, every single piece of art. Everyone who is involved at the studio is extremely excited for you to receive one of Idil's pieces, let it travel around the world to get to live with wonderful new art fans.

This means, as I hope you can understand, we have a No Returns, No Refunds policy. All sales are final.

Idil has been been testing international packaging from her studio for the last year, and she has a background in sending out fine art worldwide that goes back over a decade. She is very careful and very loving in how she packages each order. She also has a fantastic logistics & delivery partner who takes care of our packages during dispatch.

We can be responsible right up to the point where we hand our package over to shipping. However we can't be responsible for any damage/delays/ during shipping. If something has happened we can help figure it out but we may have to hand you over to the logistics company.
