The Within-Two-Fridays-Dispatch

Let us know if you're in a hurry but please understand - we are very adamantly a new, small-batch fine art studio, each item is individually created, carefully overseen, all packaging is done by hand in our studio - we don't want to be another Amazon, so please don't ask us to rush. 

We'll aim to get every order dispatched within two Fridays (if that makes sense?) of your order. Some products we might be able to get out in the immediate Friday, others might take a bit longer. So basically if it's not in this Friday's dispatch, it'll be in next Friday's dispatch. 

We will inform you once your order is dispatched. Please note, the packaging and delivery is up to museum-grade archival packaging, so takes a bit longer to arrive that regular instant Deliveroo deliveries, but we think the wait is worth it. 

Once dispatched, your order should take: 

UK, USA, Canada: Within 4-8 days to arrive
EU & Turkey: Within 4-9 days to arrive
Rest of the World: Within 4-10 days to arrive

These are our regular delivery times for all our previous deliveries so far. However - we cannot guarantee this speed - this is how long it has taken so far, and seems to be really wonderfully reliable. We will notify you once dispatched. ALL our products are TRACKED so we will keep an eye on everything and we will update you if there are any delays.

Just please, please, especially as we launch and solidify our infrastructure, and nail down our dispatch & shipping speeds, order with plenty of time especially if you are planning a gift just in case, keep in touch, send us an email if you have any specific requests etc. 



Buyers Responsibilities: 

Please quadruple check your shipping address: If you / a buyer has put in an incorrect shipping address that means the item gets returned to us, unfortunately the buyer will be responsible for all new shipping costs to send it out again. If you see a mistake before we're shipped plllls contact us asap 

Customs & Import delays/costs/taxes: We ship all over the world and we do our best to make things v easy to receive. We have a lot of great feedback so far from the EU, UK, Canada & USA about how easy the delivery was with zero delays. We'll keep getting feedback as we go. 

We have an amazing logistics & shipping partner and we are studying (YES) customs laws. It is, and this is an industry term, a minefield. So we will do what we can but you / all buyers are responsible for any local or international customs and import taxes/fees/costs that might apply and we don't - we can't - take responsibility for delays due to customs. 

If you're out when delivery takes place?? Please provide your phone number when ordering so the delivery company can contact you. We do track all our packages and we always keep an eye on every package so if we spot something is amiss we'll contact you too. But please check your phone, any "while you were out" postal worker cards etc to make sure you go pick it up before keen postal teams ship the package back (!!). If they ship it back and the shipping company or we have made reasonable attempts to notify you to pick it up... again unfortunately you will have to be responsible for new shipping charges to get it out again. Argh I know. Our margins are tight so we really hope you understand.
